Returns

We are happy to accept genuine returns on items with the exceptions of earrings which are non returnable for hygiene reasons.

For returns we ask that you notify us of intent to return within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery via our contact form (below).  

Please print and included a return form in your return package. 

We advise you use a tracked or registered return service for proof of delivery. Refunds will be issued on items returned and in original resale condition and in original packaging.

While we are happy to accept returns we do ask that you don't use stash.ie as a try-on-service. We have a gorgeous studio in Co.Meath where we offer one-to-one private bridal styling appointments and is open for drop in visits every Saturday 10-1pm. There is an array of items available to be viewed and tried at the studio. 

 Stash.is is a small business run by a small team, every single return has a cost to our business and we ask that you bare this in mind when ordering and avail of our studio showroom rather than ordering a bunch of stuff then sending it right back. 

• Items must be returned in a salable condition with the original packaging.
• We will issue a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
• Refunds or credits will be made to original payment card once package is received.
• We can only take responsibility for returns which are received at our showroom. For your own protection obtain proof of postage from the post office.
• We do not refund delivery charges, cost of returns postage except where the return is our error.
• We are unable to accept return of earrings in compliance with hygiene health and safety regulations.
